I was looking for a more local service option for my VW AllTrack. I feel lucky to have found Koppinger right in my back yard in Black Mountain. Their communication before, during and after service was outstanding. Very quick turnaround and super friendly crew. I heartily recommend.

These guys are problem solvers and do great work. I took my Mercedes into two different shops that said they specialize in German cars. The issue was a clunk sound in the rear end. The other shops couldn’t figure it out and gave up trying. The mechanics at Koppinger asked that I get in the car with them for a test drive during the diagnostic process. They trusted that I was hearing what I was hearing and wanted my input so they could get to the bottom of the issue faster. A couple days later they had the new parts and resolved the clunk sound. The car is now silky smooth and safe again. Also, Noah kept me well informed with texts and phone calls so I could better manage my time and expenses. Highly recommend and feel lucky to have found a solid shop in the Asheville/Black Mountain area.

Fantastic service from Koppinger Euro! Brought my HEAVILY modified MK6 GTI (Pictured below 😏) in for an oil change, engine flush, and A/C recharge. During their multi-point inspection, they found that my rear tires were worn completely bald on the inside. Noah, the service advisor, then recommended me to a tire shop they're affiliated with and I got my tires done the next day. All-in-all it was a suprising, but fantastic service with kind and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend taking your VW to the Koppinger crew, especially since they just brough on a VW specialist!

The team at Koppinger Euro offered great service at a reasonable price. I took my Audi S5 there for a brake job, and was given a fair price on oem parts/installation. What really made the difference, was when I misplaced the lug key for my wheels, the owner Matthew was able to reach out to the dealership, and the helped me get transport to and from, to get a replacement key. He even was able to finish the job same day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good mechanic for European cars.
